Checking In

The address of the apartment is Via dei Serpenti, 147. The number of the apartment is 7.
Check-in is available after 3 p.m. However, it is possible to enter the apartment to drop off luggage from 12 p.m. If you wish to take advantage of this option, please contact me.
The apartment is on the fourth floor (fifth if considering the ground floor as the first floor) of a building dating back to the 1600s, which has NO elevator. If you think you’ll need a hand with carrying your luggage, text me!
If I’m not present, I’m always reachable by phone.
In the event I’m not present, access to the building is completely autonomous. You have received a link via email or Airbnb that allows you to open by phone both the external gate and door and the security door of the apartment. The link will be active for the duration of your stay.
An Internet connection is required; if you do not have one, please report it.
IMPORTANT! DO NOT CLOSE THE GREEN GATE IN FRONT OF THE APARTMENT ENTRANCE. IT’S NOT EQUIPPED WITH A SMART LOCK AND CAN ONLY BE OPENED WITH AN ACTUAL KEY.
You’ll also find a set of phisical keys inside the apartment. They open the two outside doors only. The apartment door must be opened via phone or inserting a code in the keypad:
